Halloween Dress up

I have a few Halloween dress up pics to show you.

First, at our facility the residents get to trick or treat. The staff donate candy, crackers and cheese, pudding, or any other individual treats that the residents might like.  Quite a few people dress up for the day too, both staff and some residents.  In the afternoon, they set up different stations on both wings and the residents can then come around to each one.  If they can't make it on their own they are pushed in their wheelchairs.  They have a lot of fun doing this.
Here's a few of the managers dressed up. (I didn't dress up because I had to leave for a while to go to a funeral),

This is our administrator.  I had to get a side shot of her so you could see the puppy, that she apparently sat on.  :)

Friday morning I got a message from Laura with these pics of Alaina and Ruby, all set for the day.

Alaina is a gumballl machine.

Ruby is an ice cream cone!

And look who stopped by Saturday evening!

It's a little farming family with their cow!

Check out that cute little tail!

We don't really get trick or treaters at our house, so it was fun to see these kids!

You all do such a great job and are so good to the residents. Know they and their families appreciate it. That there was a cute little cow:)

Oh my word Cassie as a cow is tooo cuuuuuute!!!! And I love the lady who dressed up as a member of the Rockford Peaches or whatever other team there was in A League of Their Own! There's no crying in baseball, haaahaha! And as for you missy, WHY didn't you dress as the Grim Reaper? You would have fit right in at that funeral! No disrespect intended. xoxo

Just plain old ADORABLE!! Cuteness overload - all three of those youngins!! The farmer and his wife are awfully cute too! :) The trick or treating at your work sounds like a bunch of fun. I don't know what they did where my friend, Helen is, but when I visited yesterday, she had a headband with bat wings attached to it in her room. Must have been some fun there, too. xo

Wow, cute and creative costumes. So fun and original. I was never really very good and coming up with creative costumes for my kids, but they always dressed up and went out trick-or-treating. We didn't get any trick-or-treaters at our house either. I missed having them. Hope you are having a good week.

Loved all the costumes! We didn't get any trick or treaters and realized too late that it was probably due to the fact that we now have a motion detector light on our front porch so people probably thought we weren't handing out candy because our porch light was not on!
