It's the most wonderful time of the year...

That phrase comes from a Christmas song, but I think Spring is the most wonderful time of the year!  Fresh air, open windows, warm breezes, blue skies, trees turning green and flowers popping up just makes me happy!
We had beautiful weather last week and many of those things are happening. This weekend we had snow predicted and areas very close to us had several inches of snow.  We did get snow but it didn't stick.  Here's to the end of snow for this year!
Here's a few pics from last week.

 Daffodils blooming!

A tree ready to turn green.

 Wild violets in the woods.

Our dogwood tree just ready to bloom.

I've seen a few flowering trees in full bloom!

The trees on our road have that hazy look they get right before the leaves pop open.

Beautiful green leaves on some bushes in our back yard.

I love Spring!

For behold, the winter is past; the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth, the time of singing has come and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.
Song of Solomon 2:11-12

Beautiful spring photos, Mari. Such pretty daffodils! I have enjoyed opening the windows to let the fresh air in, too. I hope you have a nice Monday.

I feel the same way Mari!
Going to try the crock pot roast beef next weekend.
Have a good day.

I love spring too even though our winters are not as bad as yours. The bright colors and the beautiful flowers just lift my spirits.

I love spring too! The blooms demand pausing to enjoy since they come and go so quickly.

I love spring, too, Mari. You have shared some beautiful photos with us. When I heard about the snow predicted for the northern states I thought of you and hoped it wouldn't be something that lasted for a long time. And the Scripture you shared at the end is one of my favorites.

I am happy to see that spring is popping up all over up there. Also, I am happy that you had no plowable snow. Your pictures are lovely. I can hardly wait for all the rain to go away so I can put my patio furniture outside. I found a broken robin egg on our patio today. Boo!

Yay for Spring! Minus the mud - we get so much up here. Ugh! Love the flowering trees and all the images that give me the feels. Ready for it too. Slowly coming around up here 😊

I planted bulbs many years ago and they never came up. I think something ate them, but I never planted them again. I think I will try again next fall as I am so envious of all the tulips and daffodils and crocus that I see all around.

Ah! Those scenes are a distant memory for us. Even our pollen is mostly done! Your dogwoods are so fluffy. Ours were rather anemic this year. xoxo
