We're seeing some color changes around here. I'd say things are mostly green, but there are splashes of some nice color. I was out driving on the country roads Saturday and here's a few photos of what it looks like in West Michigan.
I'm thinking things will be much more colorful in one week!

Your photos are lovely. Looks like a pretty special time of year in your area.
Our leaves look a lot like yours. Nothing spectacular so far.
It is sure starting to look like Fall there! Hope it lasts a while for you!
Don't you love it! I'm getting so excited! That red! Red was the first thing I saw this morning as I pulled into work. Bright and Beautiful! As I was leaving work today, I was almost cold. The temp was 57, a far cry from 90! Yahoo!
Pretty pictures. It hasnt started changing here yet but hoping by at least Halloween, it will. Have a blessed Tuesday.
Very pretty and love the church!
Such beautiful pictures, my friend. Autumn is certainly upon us and it's always a joy to see the changing colors of the leaves.
Hugs to you!
It's looking beautiful! I especially enjoyed seeing the cornstalks.
I love the photo's, Mari. So beautiful there.

How beautiful! I might want to move to west Michigan.
It looks perfect to me. Fall is my favorite time of year!
Beautiful Mari...I also like especially the composition of the cat-tail photo!
That last picture! Oh my word, it should be in a magazine! Our neighbor across the street has a tall hardwood tree that I always watch for the first signs of color, because that tree turns the most shimmering golds and oranges. Just today I saw the first bits of color change at the tippy-top of the tree. It's been hot but temps at night are about to start dropping into the 40s so by the end of October, we should see some all-out leaf color. I'm happy to see it come but it goes so quickly, and that makes me sad. Haahaa xoxo
As long as there is sun even the muted colors are beautiful.
I love all your photos of fall, but I do love that cattail!
Fantastic scenes. I'd love to take a few walks in the area and savour the beauty.
