I have a little flip calendar on my desk at work, that has a verse or thought for each day of the year.
Last Friday I got to work and flipped the page and found this.
I thought this was very fitting as we all go through this Coronavirus/social distancing thing.
It's such a good reminder to me that no matter where I am, or what I'm doing, my actions should be reflecting God's love and shining bright! And right now, many people need to see that light.

I had to go to the ENT doctor for my ears today. The lady in the office manning the computer kept apologizing that it was taking so long and she kept having to get help. She told me that she and the other lady there are not usually up front. I kept telling her it was fine and not to worry. I was just so thankful that they were there so I could get looked at. (We tried a teleconference but he had to actually look down in the ears. He ended up giving me prednisone.) It is so important that we're nice to each other especially during this extra stressful time.
Well said. Thank you Mari!

Indeed. Well said, my friend. smiles
light will bee seen soon.

And I know that you do just that, my friend. Carroll was reading down over the news headlines for about a 50 mile radius around us. It was one shooting or murder or child abuse case after another. This is a very difficult time for so many...especially those that have been furloughed from their jobs and still having bills coming in. When I hear the statistics I always wonder how many of those people died without Jesus. So, yes, wherever we are we need to allow the light of Jesus shine through. Thank you so much for sharing this.
That was a great post and yes we need to shine bright. I didn't think I was artistic. I started Bible jouranling in 2016. I learned by finding illustratedfaith.com I started out by "scrap booking in my Bible, tracing and then I ventured into painting, stamping and more. So many people don't want to do art but can't. So other artist provide graphics for a small fee, and then print, cut and paste into their Bibles or journals.
If that sound interesting, check it out.
My grandfather used to say that the best you could do was the best you could do and that should be enough. That's what this saying reminded me of. thanks for sharing.
Yes very true and your blog shines the light of Jesus too!
Amen! Love it!
And yes, such a good reminder that no matter where God has us right now we can always be a light for him!
I'm late to the party but wow, as the days wear on how true that is. Time to shine! xoxo
