Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cake
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 T butter, melted
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 T cinnamon
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Once combined well, slowly stir in 4 T melted butter. Pour batter into a greased 9×13″ baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix the 2 sticks of softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts until well combined. Drop evenly over cake batter by the tablespoon and use a knife to marble/swirl through the cake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out nearly clean from center.
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
5 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
Stir powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together and beat until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake.

That looks delicious! I haven't had breakfast today so I'm now feeling hunger pangs after seeing this post :)
Oh boy....it's been YEARS since I've had a cinnabon roll. And if this tastes anywhere near it's definitely a keeper.

I love cinnamon; it is even good for you. (well, maybe not in a cake with frosting). I'm going to try it someday though.

My Joe would LOVE this (and so would I). I am so lazy, though. You are always baking and trying new recipes. Wish I could get motivated. Keep posting...hopefully it will rub off!
I bet your kitchen smells so good when making this cake. Yummmm is all I can think of. I really enjoy something sweet with my first cup of coffee of the day.
My son would LOVE this. Gonna try it!
Who can pass up a cinnabun. I copied it even though I probably will never make it. It sounds like it would be delish with a cup of coffee.
