I thoroughly enjoyed this. I sent it to my daughter who has had some nightmare trips with American. Last year they kept their flight on the tarmac for the allowed time before penalties(4 or 6 hours - I can't remember.) She and her husband were traveling home from Christmas in Ohio and their two young children had gone without naps and were up way past their bedtimes. It was 1 A.M. before they got home and got the kids settled in bed. She wrote American and got some free tickets, but gave them away, she was so mad. However, they are back to traveling on this airline because it is the only one that offers nonstop flights from Dallas to Ohio. That's especially impt. if she's traveling alone with the kids.

I saw snippets of this on TV. It was nice to sit and enjoy the entire video here on your post. It was even more heartwarming than when I first saw some of it.
I usually fly westjet ... they are a fun airline ... the type that doesn't wear ties! ;) ...
