This weekend we finally had our Christmas celebration with Aaron, Laura and the girls. You may remember it got pushed back because of the blizzard we had, followed by Covid in their house. The girls never got it, but it took a bit for Laura and Aaron to be feeling better.
The girls were of course, excited about opening some presents.
They were excited about every little thing in it.
Laura and Aaron
This is one of the things Laura and Aaron gave me. It's fingerless gloves that can plug into your laptop and keep your hands warm.
I am always complaining about being cold, so I know I'll be using this.
It was so good to be together again! We had a fun night, lots of laughs and some catching up too.

So glad you were finally able to get together and celebrate Christmas. I hope you have a good week. See you again soon!
these are really nice Lego sets. And the gloves, I have never heard of such a thing. and they could likely be sure you did nt have any. What a unique and cool gift! We had to fill our stockings in little burlap bags instead of stockings. This was because stockings that were big enough cost a fortune, even at Wal-Mart!
Your family seems to have a strong bond. That is something to treasure.
Good to have a bit of Christmas after the Blizzards delayed everything- and that everyone enjoyed the festivities- glad everyone is well. Best Wishes. KEV.
AWESOME! And wow on the girls, I simply can't believe how grown they are. Thanks for sharing, smiles. Have a great week.
Ooh! I love those fingerless gloves. I have a pair of those too but they aren't the kind that you can plug into your computer. How neat is that?
I sure could have used those gloves too when I worked in an office that was freezing all the time! Nice gifts all around. Love the sketch pads with their art on the cover! Your very creative and clever with your grandchildren!
All the gifts are wonderful and love those smiles.
It's never too late to get presents. May you all enjoy your Christmas presents!
I’m glad you all could enjoy.
a delayed Christmas made it last longer. :)
What a clever idea to have the girls' own artwork on the front of their drawing pads!
And fingerless gloves for your computer work. That's a very thoughtful gift.
Glad you have now had Christmas!!
Oh, I love those fingerless gloves!!! Your family is adorable and granddaughters are so cute. So glad Christmas came a again for you :) You are so blessed, Mari, your family is lovely!

I'm sorry to be late getting here, Mari! How great to finally be able to celebrate with the girls (and their parents)! Those fingerless warm gloves look nice! It has been almost cold enough to wear them here!! Love & hugs!
How fun and so glad you got your fun time with them too! In a way it's kind of neat to get bonus time after the holiday. 😊 The gloves are so cool! I've never seen that before. I hope they work great and keep you toasty! xoxo
How nice that you could have your family
This covid is very nasty I am myself recovering slowly. The glove are a very good invention!
(Today I received the second set of boxes for my fridge!)
Oh fun!! A belated Christmas just makes the season last longer. Love the gloves, I need to check them out for my daughter.
Well first of all, I'm glad that Laura and Aaron are feeling better. We had sickness over Christmas too (Erica and Rhett) and it really does throw a wrench into the planned proceedings. Also we had arctic weather for two days at Christmas Eve, so there's that. I love those gloves ... I keep my house cool and although I wouldn't like something that warmed up, I do sometimes wear fingerless gloves when I'm out in the sun room on my laptop. Toasty! Those personalized sketch pads are brilliant. I need to get one for Dagny. xoxo
Hey Mari! Very cool that you got to have your Christmas. And I read your comment on my blog that you have a bowl-life stand mixer too. LOVE that. So useful. Happy Christmas! Cheers, Ivy.
