Cooking Thursday

Sandra at Diary of a SAHM is hosting Cooking Thursday again.
I've got a healthy vegetable salad to share today. I got this recipe from my sister Cheri. It's a nice way to have vegetables in a different way.



Bean Salad

1 cup green beans, cooked
1 medium tomato, diced
1 tablespoon reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Stir together. May be eaten warm or cold.
This makes 2 servings; 55 calories per serving.

About my mother...
She treated me OK most of the time. She was brutal at other times.

That looks good! I never thought about pairing tomatoes and green beans together in a salad but I'm really going to give this a try.
