Hi Mari, preach sister! Me too, my neck is a sensitive area in pictures. I have this little turkey waddle thing going on under my chin just like my mother had. :) I have derived a number of acceptable poses and if I put my index finger on my temple and stretch my hand wide...and get my thumb under the chin right there, and hold my head just so... I can take off a good inch and half. Better than plastic surgery, well cheaper anyways! :) Cest la vie! When I worry about my waddle or lament my curves, I just tell myself that if I lived back in the 1500's my kind of look would be all the rage and there would be famous artists wanting to paint my portrait. I might even be found in the Louvre. :) I 'm getting silly, I hope you have a good night's rest and a happy day tomorrow!
Oh no! You caught me on that one! I inherited my father's double chin, and it's just a part of me that I have a difficult time disguising no matter which way I turn...selfies are verboden! LOL. But I am thankful to have a neck, so there's that! Have a blessed weekend.
Oh dear ... ain't it the truth? And remember when you had to get dressed up and go to the Olan Mills studio to get a "real" portrait? Hahaha now you have to worry about cameras aimed at you all the time! Ugh hahaha xoxo 🏴☠️

LOL 😆 😂 🤣 😹 So true.
Unfortunately I can relate to this one. Have you read Nora Ephron’s “I Don’t Like My Neck”? Hysterical!!
There is always some truth to a joke!
Too true! I also remember when you had to wind and rewind film rolls!
And that says it all... ; )
Now that's funny, Mari!
I hear ya! lol
Lol
Ain't that the truth. I had a friend who won some money at the casino and had a neck lift. Never even knew there was such a thing. Janice
