This past weekend was filled with fun with Cassie! On Saturday we had a birthday party for her. She is turning 5 soon, and we had a birthday party - a little early because December is such a busy month!

Connor was having fun with Ruby. These stacking cups have been around since our kids were young and have been enjoyed by all!
Sunday night we got to see Cassie and family again when we went to their church to see Cassie's Christmas program. Here she is coming down the aisle as the program started. She looks a little nervous!
Soon after getting up front, she took off her sweater. She also did a little twirling in her new dress!
Connor was having a good time sitting with us.
The kids all did a great job of sharing the Christmas story and we were so glad we could be there. I think there's nothing like those little kids in Sunday School programs!
Heather sent me this picture of Cassie and Connor after they got home from church. I thought it was a perfect photo to end the weekend!

Aww loved the pictures. Cassie did look a little nervous but she's come a long way - remembering back when she couldn't spend the whole night without wanting to go home. And Conner sure is getting big. They're really cute!

I always loved going to the kids' school and church plays! Cassie is just adorable, cute as a button! And Connor looks so much like her. Wish I could have seen her twirl that pretty dress.

Cassie and Connor look so much alike. both are precious. I thought the smile on Cassie's face (with her gift) was so cute. Your grands are very blessed!! I do love church Christmas programs where the kiddos are involved.

Aww, they are all so cute. Happy Birthday to Cassie! I still have those Discovery Toys stacking cups from my kids, too. The last photo is definitely one for a frame. :)
the last photo is perfect and would make a great Christmas card and will be a precious memory in the future. I see only one smile in all the kids, usually children are laughing and acting up. the birthday party is a great idea and they all 4 look Happy and content and I know you were too
