One more party!
On Friday I had one more Christmas party to go to. It was my work party. They've been having it in January, to avoid the busyness that happens in December.
We met at a local restaurant and had a very good supper.
After supper we played some "minute to win it" games. The goal of this one was to pick up as many candy canes as possible, using a candy cane in your mouth. I was elected by my team to do this and didn't do very well! I only got one candy cane! The winner was the girl in the front of this photo. She is an occupational therapist and she got 5 candy canes.
This was another game. Each table had to see how tall they could get graham crackers stacked, using just the graham crackers and frosting. This was our stack - after part of it fell down. We came in second. :)
Another thing we did was to have an ugly sweater contest. These are the people who took part. The winner was the lady with the green Rudolph sweater, who was also wearing ears on her head.

I've always thought an ugly sweater part would be fun! Those are some good (or ugly) sweaters, for sure! haha. Looks like you had fun! January is a great time to do it, too!
Girl I don't think I could face anything "Christmas" after Christmas! But what fun you had with your friends. I would have eaten all the crackers and frosting. I love the Rudolph sweater. xoxo

I like the fact that your party for work is planned for January because of the other things that come up the month of December. That is a great idea! It looks as if you all had a lot of fun!

I love the ugly sweater part. When people started making fun of my Christmas sweaters, I got rid of them. Now I am sorry that I did. I still like them.
