When we arrived, we were treated to some patriotic music being played by the community band.
Here's where they grill lots and lots of chicken, for lots of hungry people!
After eating that yummy chicken, there were old cars and tractors to check out.
And lots of cute critters!
Alaina was happy to see all those animals.
It was a fun evening with family and good food!

What a great place for family fun! I see that precious Alaina enjoyed herself. I'd like to take my grandbabies here. What fun!
What a fun time!
That looks like so much fun! Boy, that chicken...I can almost smell it!
Looks like the bunnies are multiplying! haha.
Looks like everyone had a fun time. The grill looks similar to the one in our area where they have BBQ's :)
Alaina sure is a doll, I'm glad she enjoyed the animals.
That BBQ'd chicken on the grill looks scrumptious.
And of course Alaina would love all the critters at the petty zoo. I just KNEW she would. She's such a doll.
What a fun family tradition!
I remember your telling about the times your father took you to this event. It is a wonderful tradition especially for Alaina. She will be talking about this for a long time.
Events and times like this, are to be cherished and passed down. Your pictures tell the story of the day. That is a place my family would enjoy too. Have a good Monday and week ahead.
I just LOVE summer events like that!! Summer needs to be twice as long.

Love small town events like that! I miss 4th of July parades, county fairs and small town celebrations. How wonderful that so many of the family could get together like that. A real blessing!
Adorable photos of Alaina with the animals! This looks like fun---those type of events make for lasting memories.
Events like this are always so much fun. It looks like Alaina really enjoyed herself.
