Cooking Thursday

Last week I shared the recipe for the Pioneer Woman spaghetti sauce and told you I had another recipe you could use it in.  I used the sauce I had left after using it over ziti noodles for this.  Two meals out of one recipe!  You could make this using another meaty spaghetti sauce as well.

Italian Sloppy Joe
Pioneer Woman Spaghetti Sauce
Garlic bread
Mozzarella Cheese

Heat Garlic bread in oven as directed.  While it's browning, heat the spaghetti sauce until it's hot and bubbly. Spoon spaghetti sauce over a slice of garlic bread, top with a slice of mozzarella cheese and place under broiler until cheese is melted.

Quick, easy and a great way to use leftover spaghetti sauce!  If you use another sauce for this, be sure to use one that's meaty or your bread will be soggy.

That looks good. I love cheese and I haven't had a Sloppy Joe in many years. I hope you had a wonderful 4th of July.
