Lessons from a third grade dropout

Usually on Fridays, I post a cartoon.  Today I'm sharing something a little different.  A friend posted this on Facebook and I found it very inspiring.  I know it will take longer than you usually spend here (about 10 minutes) but I can assure you that you will find it worth the time to listen to what this man says.

I listened to this a few days ago on line. My word, what an inspiration! It's well worth the time for anyone who can listen.

I had to wipe the tears from my eyes before I could even comment. What an inspiration he is and if only all young people, especially, could hear him and heed his words. Thank you Mari for posting this.

It's never wrong to do the right thing - those words should resonate with all of us. Thank you so much for posting this.

HI Mari! This video actually made me cry. That doesn't happen much. This man was so amazing, and has been through so much in his life. What an attitude! I wish I could sit down and talk to him for an hour or two, wouldn't that be inspiring?

Thank you for sharing this deeply impactful clip,
Ceil
