Oh, girl! I'm so glad you posted this. Used to do that, and now gonna do it again, thanks to you. I seldom buy roasts anymore since it's just my daughter and I BUT since the kids are coming over more often, I will. Buying stew meat costs a lot more when you look at how much can be made with a roast.
Thank you for prayers. I know she's going to be okay. I pray anyway. Hey, I think that's a song!

This is a great idea for using leftovers. Thx for the recipe. Any luck filling the vacancies at work?
The ingredients you add to your beef are very much like the ingredients for hamburger bbq in the Mennonite Community Cookbook. Except for the ratio of vinegar and brown sugar, which are equal amounts. I have used that sauce recipe for so many different things - oven bbq chicken, pork chops, sloppy joes of course. In fact, when I was typing up recipes for my kids when they moved out, I called it Mom's Mennonite BBQ Sauce, hahahaha!
Okay, this is one recipe I will keep and use! I always have left over roasts too. Thank you! Yours looks delicious!
Sounds like another wonderful recipe, Mari. I'll add to your section in recipe book! :)
A keeper!!!! Hope you have a good day.
I am not a big BBQ fan but Marvin will like this one to make on a day when he is home alone.lol
Yum! That looks like a tasty and easy recipe.... thanks for sharing!!
I love having leftovers that can be made over to give a brand new taste for a new meal!
Have a lovely day

That sounds delicious. I've tried making barbecue beef and pork in the crockpot but never loved the results. I could cook the meat a different way and try this with the leftovers instead. Thanks for sharing!
...and so yummy for the tummy!!
My mouth drools. Seriously. I think it's time for lunch. It's gotta be noon somewhere. Oh ya, it IS HERE. But I have no leftover roast right now...I will definitely have some sooner than later tho.
I usually make a beef vegetable soup but this sounds so much better!! Thanks for sharing!
Probably my favorite kind of sandwich!
Sounds good. Thanks for the recipe.
Yum!
