End of Summer garden

As summer comes to a close, things are changing in the flower gardens.   Here's a few things that are blooming now.  Rose of Sharon in several colors, black eyed Susans, blue mist spirea, morning glory and Zinnia's.

The bees have been really busy.  Every time I'm out there, they're busy gathering pollen.

Here's a real sign that summer is coming to an end.  The Vibernum bush is loaded with berries and the leaves are starting to change.   Sigh....  I'm really not ready for Summer to be done.

Our black-eyed Susans are DONE. I need to get out and cut them off. I let them go as long as I could :(

Our Viburnum "tree" looks like yours. It's getting kind of droopy with the weight of the berries!

Nights have been very cool. It just seems SO early for this!

We have been noticing a lot of trees starting to change color... just a little bit here and there on the trees and not all over. But I'm so happy we'll be here to enjoy the changing colors!

Beautiful fall colors, Mari. Your garden must look awesome now. Here in Florida, we look forward to the end of summer, like northerners look forward to the end of winter. It has been too hot, too humid, and too rainy. I'm ready for it to end!!

Have a delightful weekend!

Colorful and pretty collage and I love the cherry red berries on your Viburnum.

The prediction for winter here, per the weather man, is "nasty"! That does not sound nice, and I hope he is wrong!!!!

You sure have a 'green thumb' and the flowers are so pretty.

Me neither. I'm seeing big changes in the garden too.The weather here in the UK has suddenly turned wet and cold. They've announced it's the end of our summer.

Lovely photos of your flowers. The top montage would make a great jigsaw!
