Here's another slow cooker recipe for a different type of taco.
Pulled Pork Tacos
2 cups salsa plus more for serving
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 - 2 1/2 pound boneless pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
18 corn tortillas
sour cream
lime if desired
In 4 to 6 quart slow cooker, combine the salsa, chili powder, oregano, cocoa and salt. Add the pork and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, until meat is tender and pulls apart easily.
Twenty minutes before serving, heat oven to 350 degrees. Stack tortillas, wrap in foil and bake until warm - about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, using 2 forks, shred pork and stir into cooking liquid,
Serve with tortillas, sour cream, salsa and lime if desired.

Thank you for the soup recipe! We are invited to a super bowl party and I was asked to bring soup. I should have known that you would have had a recipe.
Sounds yummy!
Mmmm! This sounds really good. Once in a while I've seen salsa at Walmart's in Cordoba. Haven't seen any corn tortillas but can get flour ones, which I think will work okay. Definitely gonna try this one!
I'm so excited you're a follower of my blog! And I'm following yours :-) Do you feel a little like we're in 2nd grade on the playground at recess? LOL

This sounds so good, I've had a big craving for pulled pork too!
Since I have no groceries in the house, I will put these ingredients on my list today!
I love slow-cooked pork. The inclusion of cocoa in this recipe is fascinating! Many chili recipes use chocolate but I've never tried it.
hey, i did the crockpot one that had asian stuff in it...umm yea, how's that for a description...chicken, soy sauce, cashews, etc. it was awfully nummy!!
yum, i guess you've heard that already, but it made me hungry!

Sounds like another delicious recipe. I always love your Slow Cooking Thursday posts. Thanks for sharing.
