My sisters and I visited a local apple orchard on Friday. This is something we have been doing every fall for quite a few years. This orchard has more than just apples. It has a nice gift shop and a small restaurant. They serve simple lunches of soups and sandwiches which are each served with an apple! Here are my sisters and 2 nieces, enjoying their lunch.
Look at all those apples! I bought a bag of Honeycrisp apples, which are arguably the best apples in the world, right Megan? I also got a gallon of wonderful apple cider.

My boss just went to MI for vacation. She said she bought some apples (there arent any around here this season due to lack of rain). If I had know about this honeycrisp apple, I would have asked her to get me some.
I would agree - Honeycrisp are the best!
sounds like fun...and I agree, Honeycrisp are the best!!!
Wow - that's a LOT of apples - how cute are the girls in front of the big apple! So fun!
I just thought there were red and green apples! Who knew???
It was fun and I agree- Honeycrisp are the best!
I love that place to Mari, they make the best apple cider and caramel apples. I usually suck my stick clean once I'm done with my apple. I love their lunches too, and the danishes, yummy!
Looks like you had a great time!
It was a fun day and I did enjoy my sample of the Honeycrisp. Where is your picture of the fudge? I probably would have preferred that to the apple!
Honey crisps are the best I agree, & you know I eat at least one apple a day.. did ya get me a bushel???
Hey, what about the golden ginger apples? I know the honeycrisp is good, too!

How neat!! I haven't been apple picking in a long time but I think you've inspired us to go this year!
It looks like a great day!! I miss doing things like that with my family in Illinois. I love SC, but I wish I could snap my fingers to be in the Midwest anytime I had a craving for fun Midwest things:)
