I had to show you what a nice package I got in the mail. There are 3 different types of teas, wrappers and a nice card from Mari at Out of Deep Waters. Mari has a business called Tea and Traditions that has all kinds of wonderful sounding flavors. The three I got are: Chocolate Dream, Snowflake and Chai. I'm somewhat of a tea novice but I really like Chai tea and am anxious to try the others. If you are a tea lover you will want to check out her web site. Thanks Mari! This sounds pretty good with the cold weather we are having here in Michigan!

Did you notice that Mari has the same name as me? I've only seen a few others with that spelling. My name is actually Maribeth but have always been called Mari (pronounced Mary) by friends and family. The other Mari also has a longer name, but is called Mari (pronounced Mahree). Just last week I got an e-mail from yet another Mari. Her blog is called Mari Flower and her real name is Marita but her friends call her Mari. This blogging world is fun! There may be more of us out there yet!

I'd be willing to help you try out that tea!
Here I've been pronouncing your name wrong all this time !! How will I ever change that in my mind ????
The teas look yummy !! I'm off to check out her blog ...
Mari,
What a lovely package to receive in the mail. I love tea and find it very refreshing.
I had never seen the name Mari until I met you and now you are introducing me to all of these other Maris.
In answer to your question, I write blog content for 2 major websites that are posted in my sidebar under In the Spotlight. I hope you will check them out when you get a few moments.
Take care, keep warm and be careful on the roads in the morning.
Blessings,
Mary
Wow there are many of yous! And as for tea? I love my Green T, cold or hot, but if it's hot it has to be Macha, or else it's just not good!
I love tea and I'm surely going to chech Mari's blog.
Lara
Hmmm, what does 'snowflake' taste like?
What a surprise! I love getting presents in the mail! Also cool on all the Mari's!! Isn't it great how the internet brought you guys together!
I'm sorry but you are Maribeth to me. I think I was introduced to you as Maribeth and that is your name now.....I'm not suprised at all the different spellings look at my name-Kae. Surpises in the mail are fun.. and meeting others also....Kae
Tea sounds good to me this morning. We have had a couple of days of HIGH winds and cold air coming in. The weatherman says that it FEELS like 31 this morning.
What a fun package- that chocolate one sounds pretty tasty!
I've always wanted to try loose teas but just never have. I feel like I need to go to a tea shop and be taught how to do it just right. It's the perfectionist in me. I've enjoyed reading the Tea Shop Mysteries because they center around a specialty tea shop.
For now I'm sticking with my Celestial Seasonings Peppermint tea bags. But yours sure do sound yummy.
what a perfect time for tea. Tea warms the soul inside and out. enjoy!
I want to hang around with you, seems like you have a winning thing going for you!
I'm a fan of Chai tea also and we're really moving into Hot Tea season with those Michigan winds blowing. Think I'll have a cup right now!
Looks like a wonderful package to get in the mail. Hope you're having a great week.
This is the "other" Mari and that is my whole name derived from my mother's name Maricely.
To answer Rebekah's question SNOWFLAKE is a black tea with almonds, coconut and cinnamon - it's delightful and also wonderful served iced!
How sweet of her to send you such a nice gift, enjoy!!
