MJPuzzlemom from What A Crock had this quick thing you can do to see if there are other people in the United States with the same name as you. I am apparently one of a kind. I used my whole first name, which is Maribeth to check it. I found there are quite a few Maribeth's but my last name is not very common. This was fun. Let me know how many there are of you!

Not only were there one or fewer with my combination of first and last names (my last name was something like 344th), my first name alone was also one or fewer.
I did this "How Many Have Your Name" before and found out I was the ONLY one with the first name, Demara But it was just simply untrue, because I searched on Facebook and found others!!!
There is just 1 with my exact name. 800,000 Kimberly's and 336 people with the last name Vander Helm
I am one of 55 people with my name in the USA !! Except I'm not in the USA !! ha ha
No surprise that there are about 1.5 million Jennifer's and it is the 21st most popular name and Hill is the 32nd most popular name leaving over 2000 of us out there. Too bed they don't use 2nd names because I doubt we would find many with only an initial for their second name.

What Kayren found is that this is for the purpose of getting your correct name. They really do not have correct information about names in our country. They just want yours. Be wary of these kinds of programs. The internet is NOT a safe place.
I was almost hooked in by a recipe exchange on Judy's blog. My husband told me to not participate because someone was monitoring the addresses and planning to sell them. They always are looking for ways to make money at our expense. Who knows what else?

Apparently there's lots of me out there...first name, last name and even my long German maiden name. Not surprised, to close on the house I'm selling, I'm supposed to bring proof of my divorce. I've never been divorced, but I guess one of those sharing my name has!

how cool. i've never seen mari with an i before. i've looked my name up on facebook and even included my last name and the # was a big surprise. ahh, but do they all look or act like me! fun idea.
just had to know....so i did it and it was 870. wowza.
