Deluxe Ham Casserole
3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked as directed
1 cup cubed ham
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup frozen peas
1 6 ounce can french fried onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray large casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Stir together the soup, sour cream and milk. Stir in the minced onion and garlic powder.
Stir in ham, cheese and peas. Then add 1/2 can of french fried onions.
Place covered, in oven for 40 minutes. Then remove cover and sprinkle remaining french fried onions over top. Bake another 5 minutes, until golden.
