Our two sweeties!
We had both Alaina and Ruby overnight here on Friday. It's different having a baby around again, and I've been reminded again how much work it is having two around! But it's also so much fun!
Here's Grandpa with his two girls.
Alaina is still Grandpa's sweetheart.
Look at that cute smile! Ruby has gotten so responsive. She coos and smiles when you talk to her. She also has a temper when you aren't quick enough with her bottle. :)
Alaina loves her sister and is always trying to take care of her. She put blankets all around her to keep her warm.
Continuing the blanket theme, she pulled out all kinds of blankets and put them on the couch for her stuffed animals.
After I brought the girls home, I found a few stuffed animals tucked nicely into bed.
It was a fun weekend!

Mari, you have two beautiful grand daughters and they certainly look like they love their grandpa.....I am sure you get your loving time too....Aren't we blessed with our grand kids? Have you dug out of the snow?
I love it!! This is why being a grandma is so wonderful. We can handle the extra work and fun of having little ones around for a weekend, then we get to go back to our normal life again, ha!
Ruby is growing so quickly! How sweet to come home and find the animals tucked in bed :) Alaina is a very thoughtful big sister!

They are both so adorable; I can fully understand the fun you and Bob have with them!
I can also understand how different it is when another one comes a long. It's busy, but fun busy.

They are beautiful children. What a blessing to share these special times with them. Thanks for sharing them with us. When we were without power for 2 days, we had that many blankets on top of us and the cats!!! lol

Love ,love grandchildren, enjoy they grow up so fast. We now have 5 great grand boys, can't get your hands on then as much. Because the grandmother always have them.LOL

What a couple of little darlings. I think all kids tuck toys into bed! They're so eager to comfort and protect. Alaina and Ruby will be getting into mischief in no time ... xoxo
