Thanksgiving Day

I hope that all of you who were celebrating Thanksgiving enjoyed your day.  We certainly did!
We had my whole family here, which includes my Dad and stepmom, 1 brother, 2 sisters and families, Laura and Aaron and girls, and Heather and Andrew.  That makes 22 people including baby Ruby.
Here's a few pictures of our day.

Lots of good food!  No one left hungry.  :)

After eating, some people hung around in the family room to watch the game.

Some people were more into it than others!

My niece Arianna loved holding Ruby.

She also had fun playing with Alaina.

One of the sweetest sights of the day was seeing my Dad sleeping in the chair, holding his sleeping great granddaughter.

I've been so blessed to have this wonderful family and it's certainly something to be thankful for!

It looks like a good time was had by all. Precious little baby all dressed in her pink.

Hi Mari! You sure had a bunch for Thanksgiving! What a great looking clan :) Ruby looks bigger already, what a beautiful little girl.

We had my sister, niece and my daughter's family staying with us. It was a busy house for a few days, but I sure did love it. My brother hosted the dinner, so all I had to do was bring potatoes. Deal!
Hope you were able to rest a bit this weekend?
Blessings,
Ceil

You certainly are blessed to have all your family living near so they can come for the holidays. Everyone looks so comfortable....no shoes!

What a great crowd! We had thirteen of us, but the adults were way out-numbered by the kids. I decided I kind of look forward to the day when the kids get older and we can actually have reasonable conversations instead of refereeing kids all of the time!

Yes indeed, a blessing for sure. That was quite a long table!

Mari, thank you for visiting my blog today and for your sweet comments. I loved seeing your big family together around a very laden Thanksgiving table. There is little as special as time spent with the most special people.
