White Christmas

Earlier this week, I told you about the ice storm we had.  We've also had record setting snow lately.  We just had the 7th snowiest December on record.  I'm hoping January is better!
Here's a short video taken on Christmas about 20 minutes from my house.  You may recognize the pier and lighthouse that I often share in the summer.

Well we think we have winter down here in Oklahoma but we don't have it near as good as Michigan does.

Nice video.

Beautiful, and I loved seeing the video, Mari, but oh my goodness it looks so cold!! I don't want to be in cold like that, ever again! Be safe up there in the cold, cold north!!

That was beautiful, great piano player as well. I'm so happy I watched it. Wow, those ice flows and water crashing on the pier, so cool.

That was great! I loved the ice on the pier. You people in MI really know how to enjoy the season.

At first, the addition of the cheery music made it seem happy and fun... and then I came to my senses!

Happy New Year Mari, and to your Family, too!

So pretty. It must be really cold there. I hope you don't have to be outdoors for very long.

For a minute there I thought the videographer had had too much sugar, LOL. And I'll say it again: I don't know how you do it!!!!! But I LOVE the red of the lighthouse against the gray thrashing water and white snow. Lovely. Stay warm, Mari.

That was great!!!! But as I'm always saying, glad it's there and not here :o)

Could you tell me what software program you use for your pictures as far as cropping, editing, etc. and will it work with Windows 7 Professional software. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. I was able to learn to down load from my photos to blogging and fb but don't have any editing features. Thanks for the help, if you can!

I've just returned to the UK from a warm a sunny AZ, and it's such a shock to the system. It isn't that cold here but still wet and very windy.
