More Alaina...

We had Alaina overnight again this weekend and I have to share a few pictures of our fun together...

This was actually taken last weekend, and it's nothing to do with Alaina, but it's funny so I'm sharing.  Both Heather and I had a nasty cold and Bob was trying to prove a point about the germs in the house.  He brought in the respirator he wears when applying finish in his woodshop and teased us that he was safe from any bugs.
Guess who got a cold tonight?  You're right - it's Bob!

Now for the Alaina pictures:

She has discovered the piano and loves to make "music".  Bob was assisting her here.

I love seeing these two playing together.

She still loves to see Oliver and he still tolerates her...

Having fun crawling on Aunt Heather.

Looking down the steps to see if Oliver is hiding down there.

I had to check on some of my Dad's medications so I took Alaina with me.  My Dad and Ann were excited to see Alaina with me.  Dad was trying to bribe her with some smarties to get her to sit by him.  She's still not real fond of men.

And this is the look you get when you comb one of the pigtail holders out of your hair!
 Fun times!

Adorable! Such fun, memorable times. I esp. love the pic of her looking down the steps for Oliver--that's a typical sight here when Abby and/or Dillon are here.
Love her outfit esp. those cute tights. And there's nothing like a little girl in pig tails to melt a heart!:>)

Yep, you got me with your husband in the respirator! lol

Alaina had everyone wrapped around her fingers! And rightly so. She's quite a cutie.

It's nice to see that a baby can melt the hearts of older people. I sometimes wonder if I will be too old to enjoy grandchildren. All the evidence suggest that I will!

Awwwwwwwww, Mari, you always make my day sharing this kinda post with us. She is so precious. Of course, you don't need to be reminded, that I know. What a doll.

"Funny" that your husband caught a cold after all that.

oops...I was supposed to say that "all the evidence suggest that I WILL be able to enjoy grandchildren;" that "I WON'T be too old." :)

I had a good laugh at Bob's idea of not catching a cold.
Your little gd is so adorable so I can see why she has everyone wrapped around her finger.
Our little 3yr is the same way always a bundle of joy when he comes to visit.
Hugs

Awww, she always melts my heart. Today's pics reminded me so much of my girls when they were that age, pigtails and all. Kind made me all sentimental.
Thank you for sharing your precious little sweetie with us!

That child enjoys life, doesn't she? And that piercing blue gaze! So compelling. I hope Aaron's ready for when the young would-be boyfriends line up at the door not too many years from now. As for Bob, LOL, the germophobe gets a cold even though he took "precautions.". As it should be. Sure hope you and Heather are feeling better. I dread catching cold, I'm so miserable when I have one.
