Spring Fever

I seem to have come down with a little sickness. It hits me every year about this time. I don't think it's contagious, but it seems there are plenty of people around me suffering from the same malady.
It's called Spring Fever! This time of year, I have had enough of snow and cold weather. It's made worse by the fluctuating weather we have had lately. It warms up, the snow starts to melt and then bam! We get another snow storm. It's like a cruel joke.
Oh well - This just makes me appreciate nice weather more, right?
What about you? Are you ready for Spring?

i am soooo ready for spring. the snow is so pointless now. it's not even doing anything, except sitting around. it just needs to give up and melt away.

Yup - it's rampant over here as well! We've been calling it cabin fever and usually it is worst in February, but this year it is lingering well into March. Had snow and clouds yesterday! We're so ready for spring! But being humans, we'll probably complain about the heat when and if it comes. Oh Lord, forgive us!

sorry that your not feeling too good. I think it always happens when there's such dramatic changes in the weather.
right now where I am it's getting more and more humid with each day - it's horrible. wish you could send some of your snow this way....only a little!

Good Morning Mari!! Heck, I'm ready for SUMMER!! The hot, lazy days of summer. But, I'll take Spring too...the new rebirth after the long cold snap we even had here in South Texas was enough for me too.

Where did that "worry" post go? I was going to comment on that, but now it´s gone. Oh well, I thought it was so appropriate, because even with the girls living here again, I can´t stop worrying. :)

Hope your spring comes soon!

I know! We had to snow blow before church on Sunday. That was after the ice came through on Friday during the a.m. commute and it took Robert 2 hours and 45 minutes to drive to work (normally takes 30 minutes). It's still going to be a while before we see buds and blooms!

Yep! After temps in the 70's all week last week, I'm freezing now that it's in the 50's and 50's. After that little teaser I'm really ready for Spring! Our trees and daffodils are blooming, at least!

Bekah thinks that once it hits spring all the snow should be gone. I laughed!
