Here's what we're up to

Andy is trying to recuperate from a 13 hour flight and a 13 hour time difference. He's doing all right with a cat nap now and then. It doesn't help that he got a cold. He's not used to Michigan germs!
.

We've been giving the Wii a workout. Here are the kids playing Mario Cart.
.
Andy and Bob have also been doing a little Wii golfing.
.
Heather and Andy celebrated St Patrick's Day by having a Shamrock Shake.
.
We had a little fire in the back yard. This is the kind of picture you get when you have your camera on night setting and your kid decides to goof off as you snap the picture.
.

Bob and Andy enjoyed the nice weather we've been having by getting in a little basketball.

.

Andy went with me on my walk yesterday and you can see how much he enjoyed it when I insisted on taking his picture!

Yes, we are enjoying the time off work and having a fun week even though we aren't doing anything big!

Love the bon fire picutre (lol) But you have to do one more thing before he leave. Get some pictures of you and Andy together!

I know, I know- you are always the one taking the picture. :)

sometimes just taking it easy is so much more enjoyable than doing big things. I had a shamrock shake on st patty's day as well.

I love that picture with the fire. That turned out really cool!

I ought to send Buddy your way and see how they all match up in Mario Cart. He kicks our tails up one side and down the other...we use the wheels and he uses the controller and nunchuck thing...I just don't get it. Caboose wants me to tell you that he's second best and kicks my tail too.

That fire picture is totally weird. The kids thought it looked like a ghost.

So sorry he got sick...

I love all the pictures and actually that night one came out so cool...I love it.

I am so glad you're all enjoying Andy and he's enjoying his time with you all too, it's tough on them being away from home, so I'm sure he's enjoying home cooked meals and having mom and dad and siblings around.

Hugs,
Sandra

Mari,

I'm glad you are enjoying Andy's company. Looks like you're all having a lot of fun. Doing something big isn't necessary, it's being together. The boys and I love nature walks and going to the lake to have an ice cream and enjoy the scenery. Some of the finest things in life are the small things.

I bet those kids were ecstatic to have Andy talk to the class and the coins would have made their day. How nice that they made him cards and sent him letters at Christmas.

Enjoy your week, my friend.
Blessings,
Mary
