Cooking Thursday

It's time for another recipe! The recipe I'm sharing isn't even a real recipe, but it's a quick and easy supper, and something different than regular pizza.
For more recipe's, visit Sandra at Diary of a SAHM.

Garlic Bread Pizza

1 loaf garlic bread - whatever size you want
1 can pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
pizza toppings of your choice

Allow bread to thaw slightly, so you can open it and spread the garlic butter that is already on it, smoothly across the bread.
Spread pizza sauce over butter.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over sauce.
Add toppings of your choice.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

You got me at garlic! What kind of bread do you use? When I make spaghetti or something like that, I use the Pepperidge Farm Mozzarella Bread, but it has cheese with the butter. I wonder if it would work. I think I've seen a different brand that is a larger loaf and I'm wondering if it would work better. Or maybe I'm overthinking this simple recipe!

You just knew I'd be here to see what's cooking!
This sounds delish...I love the buttery garlic already on the bread, and to add the pizza sauce and topping would be wonderful!
