The seasons are definitely changing here. We've been enjoying unseasonably warm temps, blue skies and pretty colors, but the last few days have been cold and today I saw the first snow coming down. I'm not ready, but it's coming!
Here's a few photos to show how things are looking here.
These grasses on a nearby roadside are all golden.
Each season has its own type of beauty and I'm thankful for each.

Hi Mari. Lovely photos of the changing seasons. Have a good week.
The reeds look fabulous!
Everything is brown and gold. It has a beauty all it's own. Did you get much snow? It is supposed to be good for your trees and flowers to leave the leaves on them, or so I've heard.
There is beauty found in every season. Riches of color everywhere!! (It was cold here over the weekend too! Gray, wet, and temps in low 40's)
Hi, Mari!
I love the Fall and the earth colors and I think I had coutgh some of those reeds to put in a vase, if I was there! ;)
Have a blessed weekend! Lots of rain around here!
:)
Beautiful photos! Yes, each season has its specific beauty, and we should accept and cherish each of them.
So many leaves!!!! Poor Bob having to shovel them and turn around and there is more.
Very nice photos. Every time I thought I had raked enough of the leaves from my big oak tree, more would accumulate from somewhere and end up in an inconvenient to me spot:) Still, I love that oak tree.
I love your photo's, Mari. I am still in shock that we're on the way to middle November. On top of that, my daughter turns 58 this month. Another reason for me to feel old. :)
xoxo
It had been very brown and bare here - but today a first real layer of snow on the ground. A lovely thin white blanket on everything. ;)
Beautiful photos of the changing season.
Lovely photos, Mari. I really don't miss the cold and snow but enjoy your photos of all four seasons in Michigan. Very similar to my Ohio childhood. Have a good week ahead!! xo
Winter is headed here as well... possibility of snow flurries on Wednesday. But we aren't complaining because our October and November have been just delightful and warm and sunny! Have a great week!
I'm thankful for each too. Fall giving way to winter is poignant headed for panicky but we don't have too much to worry about here. So far all it's been is fickle! But today I had to turn the heat on in the house. Haaahaha xoxo
Beautiful photos of your beautiful world, my friend. I am thankful for each season as well. We are getting cold weather this week. It will be nice to decorate the tree and listen to Christmas music to!
Lovely pics, as always. Our clouds have been looking heavier, snowier, wintery-er lately too. And today we have that snow. We're supposed to get 1-3" over the next couple of days. Not a whole lot, and that's fine. Helps enhance the holiday vibes!
After months of unseasonably warm weather, I saw a snowflake yesterday, too! Brrrr!
It’s also changing here and the heater is on in the mornings. The leaves are falling, but it’s a nice time after all the heat we had.
