Bowling time!

The last few years the grandkids have taken my Dad and Ann our bowling and for supper for their Christmas gift.  Dad and Ann love bowling and doing it with their grandkids is a great gift for them

This year, Andy and Nikki stayed to go bowling with everyone, and drove back to KY that evening. My niece who lives in New York was also there.  Only 2 grandkids were missing, because they had to work.
Dad is almost 91, Ann is 92.  Dad beat everyone and Ann came in second with their bowling scores!

Here's Dad, showing the kids how it's done.

Some of the grandkids, laughing and talking.  They took up 4 lanes to do this.

Alaina and Ruby showing off their bowling shoes.

Alaina got a strike!  She was pretty proud of herself.

Grandpa and Grandma with the great-grandkids.

Dad and Ann.  I think they are pretty cute!

The whole gang!  What a blessing to be together!

Wonderful day of bowling. Every one looks like they're having fun.
We like to bowl too. Used to go every Tuesday with a bunch of friends from church but it all stopped when covid hit. Looking forward to some day getting back to it.

They are such a cute couple! Your Dad is an amazing bowler, he must have bowled quite a lot. What a fun thing to do together as a family.

This looks like a lot of fun. I love to bowl, but am so out of practice. This is a great family activity. So glad you all had a great time. See you again soon!

This is such a great tradition and one that all will cherish with full hearts as a memory forever! Congrats to the guests of honor for taking 1st & 2nd place with the best scores!! The great-grandgirls are all so cute and it is wonderful that they will have memories of knowing their great-grandparents. I barely remember one of mine and that was more about being afraid of her than of feeling love. Blessings!! xo

I think your Dad and Ann are the cutest couple and it's great that they showed those youngest how it's done :) Great that they are so active, too. You come from good healthy genes!

Loved Alaina's smile after her strike.

Dad and Ann are truly AMAZING! And good for Alaina getting that strike. I'd like to waltz across Michigan with Cassie in my arms. She is just so cute. xoxo
