Wordy Wednesday

We've given up on shoveling our front walk, getting the driveway done is hard enough!

Here's the view of the banks on the driveway.  If you look at the roof, you can see that Bob was up there, shoveling off the snow.  There've been too many roofs collapsing to take chances.
The great lakes are now at 91.5 % ice cover.  They've only been over that amount once.  With the snow we got last week, we are now officially having the second snowiest winter in Michigan history!

It's amazing, isn't it? Wow!

I love the color of your front door.

Smart to clear off the roof...that would be horrible if it collapsed!

Good Lord. I'm glad you cleared the roof, that was a very smart idea.

Hoping and praying that you get better weather soon, some sunshine to melt that snow.

Oh my!!! That IS a lot of snow!! I have hopes that we are finished with all the big ones now. I'm starting to see bare ground around the trees now.

It is a wonder that you can find your house when you come home!!!! How do people get on their roofs to shovel? I think that would be the most dangerous situation EVER! I cannot even stand up on flat ground in the snow let alone on a slanted roof. How did he do that?

It certainly looks cold! My husband and I went to England earlier this week and were delighted to see spring flowers in bloom. Upon returning home to Scotland this evening, we noticed flowers in bloom here too! I wish we could share our early spring with you.
