Mothers Day

Hope you all had a nice day on Sunday. I had to work during the day, and we had a nice day there. We had lots of visitors and a Mothers Day tea. All the ladies got a flower and they enjoyed themselves.
After I got home from work, I got a call from Andy who was having a relaxing day in Kentucky. Bob, Heather and I then went to Laura's house for supper.
We had a good supper and of course, we all enjoyed seeing Alaina!

I love holding this little darling!

Isn't this picture of Laura and Alaina sweet?
It wonderful seeing your daughter as a Mother!

I have only one daughter (and 2 boys) and would love to see her as mom...no one in her life right now though. What a sweet pic of Laura and Alaina. I guess being a grandma adds a whole new dimension to Mother's Day! Sounds like yours was wonderful. :-)

That is a photo to be treasured for sure. I love seeing both my kids with their kids. Glad you had a good day. My son and his girlfriend made a special trip over to see me and give me a present. His kids were with their mom, but it was nice to just talk quietly with my son and this wonderful young woman who treats him so well.

Bless your heart for needing to work on Mother's Day. But I'm so glad you were able to end the day with your little sweetie. Being a grandma really does add a whole new dimension to Mother's Day. That picture of Laura and Alaina is really precious.

You most definitely can see the devotion and love in your daughter's eyes as she watches Alaina. Yep, daughters that become mothers...they change overnight. Truly.

And I love both photos above Laura's too. Especially YOU holding your special little girl in your life!!! That's what it's all about.
