Pajama Day!

Did you know that Wednesday is Wear your pajamas to work day?
I don't know about you, but that's not in our dress code and I would be sent right home if I tried it. Then again - I wouldn't even try it. :) I would have to go out and buy some new PJ's before I wore them out in public.
I have a feeling this is not a day that's observed by too many people! :)

Well, since I don't work...I may just stay in mine all day! I now have an excuse, thank you!

I wish my job observed it. That would be wonderful!!

I suppose I could get away with it since I'm home anyhow!

Thing is...it is beginning to be a 'thing' to wear pj's in public. I've seen men AND women wearing pajama bottoms and a T-shirt along with they fuzzy house slippers to a grocery store. Many times.

Sick. LOL

I agree with Hootin Anni's comment!

I am with you I'd have to buy new ones.
I don't think my boss would allow it at all.
I do like the weekends in my PJs but I don't even get to many of those.
Hugs

Maybe it's really for people who don't go into work that day and they can lounge around all day at home.....Good idea if you can do it....but I don't know too many who can.....

One of the things I used to enjoy about working at home was wearing whatever felt comfortable. Although, I still found that I was more motivated if I got dressed, rather than working in pjs or sweats.

When we have 'Spirit Week' for Homecoming at school, there is a pajama day and the girls really support it with their flannel pj bottoms and sloppy tops. One of the younger teachers, when she was head of the organization who sponsored the Homecoming Dance, would dress up in a pj/robe outfit but I doubt that she wore them often at home--possibly the robe. None of us others went for it.

More teachers support sweats day when you can wear sweat pants and sweat shirt. I haven't in the past--I don't like how I look in sweat pants. ;>)

Isn't that the stuff nightmares are made of? I vaguely remember having nightmares about going to school or work in my pjs and being mortified. LOL

I'm like Pat ... I work at home and often wear my PJs all day! It's great. But I draw the line at wearing them in public, LOLOL.

I just got a new pair of jammies at Walmart, a Mother's Day special. They're actually cute, and I could possibly be persuaded to wear them to work! Kids always loved pajama day at school.
