Spring is coming!

I took this picture Sunday morning after I looked out the kitchen window and realized that our oak tree had buds on it. I was so happy to see that although we still have some snow in our yard, there are some definite signs of spring! Then we sang "Indescribable" by Chris Tomlin when we went to church and although I have sung it many times before, I really took note of the words. This song mentions spring and storehouses of snow and the fact that it is our God who controls it. Here are the words to this song: From the highest of heights to the depths of the sea
Creation’s revealing Your majesty
From the colors of fall to the fragrance of spring
Every creature unique in the song that it sings
All exclaiming

Indescribable, uncontainable,
You placed the stars in the sky and You know them by name.
You are amazing God
All powerful, untamable,
Awestruck we fall to our knees as we humbly proclaim
You are amazing God

Who has told every lightning bolt where it should go
Or seen heavenly storehouses laden with snow
Who imagined the sun and gives source to its light
Yet conceals it to bring us the coolness of night
None can fathom

Indescribable, uncontainable,
You placed the stars in the sky and You know them by name
You are amazing God
All powerful, untamable,
Awestruck we fall to our knees as we humbly proclaim
You are amazing God
You are amazing God

You take some beautiful pictures! I am so glad that Spring is here! It is a wonderful time to remember and appreciate all that God has made. Especially before we start sweating and the mosquitoes come out to play!

God is amazing!
I like that song too. Funny, when I read the words of the song that you typed out, I sing it! Of course that is to myself as everyone is in bed and I would not want to wake them and make them think, What in the world is that noise?!!!!

Look at that blue sky. The other day I was coming home and the sky was a gorgeous blue - and I thought to myself how God could not have chosen two more peaceful colors to decorate the world with than He did when He made green and blue.
I can't imagine what He'll come up with in Heaven!

Oh, I LOVE that song!

I am glad to see that spring is coming to your part of the world. Seeing a bud on a twig is so uplifting and knowing that all of that is in the hands of the Lord is another uplift.

Love that song! Our choir sang it a couple of weeks ago. It's one that when I hear it on the radio I can get it out of my head.

What? It must be warmed by you because I don't see any buds here!

Great song! I use it with my school worship team and of course at church too. My favorite part - You see the depths of my heart and You love me the same. Wow!

I keep checking out the trees too for signs of Spring. Not too many yet. But I do have daffodils blooming, praise God!

God is certainly amazing - in all seasons. I have to say I'm really tired of the winter season and I'm so glad he created Spring!

We have no buds yet, but I keep looking every day. Springtime is such a great time to see God's hand.

(Heard you liked the snail mail your sister sent me, hehe. I totally cracked up!)

I love that Chris Tomlin song!

I know you must be ready for Spring! I still cannot believe all that snow you experienced. Even we here in Japan got more than we have in the last 4 years.

I wonder what that means the summer weather will be like. Really hot? Hmm....let's linger in Spring for a long time! :)

There's hope----we see it in nature too!
