Alaina is Three (almost)

My Alaina is turning three on Friday!  Laura had her party early, because the baby is due next Monday, and she wanted to have it done, just in case.
Alaina had so much fun, and we had fun watching her.

There was a polka dot theme.  Laura made the polka dot cake, but she also had cupcakes for those who wanted them.  Everyone left with oreo pops - Oreo's covered in white chocolate and sprinkles on a stick.

Trying on a party hat.

Blowing out the candles

This cake is so good!

Opening presents is so much fun!

Balloons with my cousins is fun too!

After all that playing, she still had energy to do some running with Grandpa before we left.

Alaina Jo - what joy you bring to us!

Hi Mari! Happy birthday to your precious Alaina! I love the idea of the covered oreos, I'll have to tell my daughter. My little granddaughter is turning three in February. (she already invited me to her party!)

Don't you wish we all had that kind of energy?
Thank you for sharing your photos, and prayers for a safe delivery for #2!
Blessings,
Ceil

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALAINA! Having "known" you for your entire life, I can honestly say you're looking better than EVER. Your smile, your enthusiasm, that bounce in your step, and that light in your eyes is charming and infectious. Your pretty mommy is glowing too. Have fun with the new baby!!!! xoxo your faraway honorary granny Jenny the Pirate
