Works for me Wednesday

It's time for Works for Me Wednesday again!
It's about time to pack up our shorts and t-shirts and pull out the sweaters and sweatshirts. When I pack away my clothes for a season, I take dryer sheets and put a few between some of the clothing. Then when it's time to take them out again, they smell fresh and clean instead of musty. It works!

Since my Mom was the queen of dryer sheets, I should have thought of that!

Yes, fall is here. I love the smell of fabric softener sheets. Great idea!

I learned today on Dr. Oz that any product with the word fragrance in its material listing is an Obeseagen. Crazy hey? Meaning it's harder to lose weight with "fragrance"s around. Among other things they mentions... BUT I still use fabric softener sheets :) And this is a great idea...I've used it before in the bottom of my garbage pails, under the bag! hehe And in my drawers of clothes. It does work!

I too was just wondering this morning whether it is too early to do the "switch" in clothes. It is a great idea to add some dryer sheets to the rubbermaid bins when I do it though, so thanks for the tip.

You can also use those old dryer sheets for dusting things like your computer and tv to keep dust away for about a week. Something about the static electricity and the dryer sheets helps.

I do that too. :) I love the smell of the clothes when they come back out of storage.

We're having our second 95 degree day today. Ugh. I WISH the weather would cooperate with my urge to put summer clothes away! Lol!
