I told you last week I was not looking forward to the week as we were having an inspection related to the covid cases in our building.
It went very well! She looked everything over and said we handled it well. She also said we were to be commended because she only knew of 2 other facilities in the whole state that had kept covid out of their building for this long, and they were buildings in the upper peninsula, where there are very few cases. She left with no concerns and we were happy.
Our facility is doing well. The last covid case moved out of the covid hub today and we are back to normal. We are very thankful.
I am also doing well. I worked a regular week last week and the only thing I notice is a little lingering fatigue, and some loss of taste and smell, but I'm feeling pretty good.
Thanks for the prayers!
Congratulations on your inspection! Well done. Glad you are feeling better. Have a great week!

ReplyDeleteHi Mari, I am glad to hear that your inspection went well! Happy to hear that you're feeling mostly better. That fatigue is the worst and can linger on for awhile. Hope you have a great day!
ReplyDeleteGlad you feel better. Here it is a little better but we must be very careful because of the holidays and re opening of the restaurants.
ReplyDeleteSo happy about the report AND you are improving! Praise God. Don't worry, your taste will return and so will the energy. It just takes a little time as it does with any illness. Praying for more good news for y'all. Rest and refresh. I'm so happy everything is better.
ReplyDeleteBlessings. xx
I so glad all went well and happy to hear you are feeling a bit better. I hope the last of the symptoms will go away soon!

ReplyDeleteAnd the Inspector!!!!
What a wonderful attitude she had! Could State Inspectors have magically morphed into human beings, while we were not looking???????? -wry smile-
Glad you are feeling so good. Even with a full week of work.
Gentle hugs,
🌱💛🌱
Oh Mari this is the best news I have had all day and probably all week! I have prayed for you every day and I'm so grateful that all of our prayers have been answered. And what great news about your facility. What a relief that the lady was nice, and appreciative of all of your efforts. That's exactly as it should be. xoxo
ReplyDeleteGlad you recovered from that nasty covid.
ReplyDeleteGood news that your facility did well on the report. It will be nice as things get back to normal. (If those in power will let it)

ReplyDeletePraise God from Whom all blessings flow!! Excellent news, Mari. I have noticed a little loss of taste and smell since my second vaccine (back in February). It still hasn't come back completely. Hope it does. xo

ReplyDeleteYay!! Thank the Lord for healing and that you're doing so much better!! And yippee for state stuff going so well!! 🎉 Although, doesn't surprise me with how beautiful your facility seems to be and the way you all work with such compassion there. Congrats to you and your whole team ❤️
