This does sound easy and John will love it. We had a cool 53 this a.m.
ReplyDeleteyum...I could finish off that plate right now!
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious! I've recently decided I love to use my slow cooker so thanks for the recipe!
ReplyDeleteWe love stroganoff too. I used hamburger meat but might try the stew meat next time.
ReplyDeleteOh wow...that looks scrumptious!
ReplyDeleteYum! This looks so good.
ReplyDeleteLove beef stroganoff, this looks so good :)
ReplyDeleteI love doing stew meat recipes in the crockpot - so tender and a great easy way to do dinner when working.
ReplyDeleteIt is so nice when the weather changes and you can start crock pot cooking isn't it. I cooked in ours today for this first time this autumn and it was so lovely when I came home and it was cooking away! xx
ReplyDeleteIt looks wonderful! But I'm surprised you can put the stew meat in at the same time as the noodles. It seems like the noodles would gets too mushy till the meat was soft enough. It does look like wide noodles. Maybe they don't get too soft so quickly.
ReplyDeleteJean - the noodles don't go in the crock pot. You serve the meat over the hot noodles. :)
ReplyDeleteSilly me! I didn't even notice that part of the instructions!
ReplyDeleteMy, that looks so good. I haven't enjoyed that meal since my mom passed away. I don't have a crock pot, but I'm thinking on getting one. I'm here most of the time by myself, but my daughter should be returning before too long. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely going to try this. I really enjoy using my crock pot!
