The Meijer in my area often has pork tenderloin on sale, buy one, get one free. So, I buy when it's on sale and have one left in the freezer. I was looking for something new to do with it and I found this recipe. It's a crockpot recipe which is always nice and the meat turned out so good!

ReplyDeleteHave you heard of crockpot liners?
They are a bit pricey, but if you don't use your crockpot a lot their worth it.
Sure makes for easier clean-up.
