Cooking Thursday

It's a busy time of year, lots of places to go, things to do and not much time for cooking or baking on top of what you already need to do. Usually I post a recipe on Thursday, but todays is more of a product review.

Best Brownies

1 box Ghirardelli brownie mix
oil, water, eggs as instructed on package

Prepare brownies as instructed on package.  Enjoy the absolutely yummy brownies you made in a short time!

*These are my favorite boxed brownies.  Yes, they cost more than Betty Crocker, but they are so much better!  Buy them when they're on sale and enjoy.

maybe the cost can help factor into a more healthy diet? only eat brownies when its worth splurging on the best! :)

Oh these are wonderful. My Audrey loves a good brownie. I myself prefer them with vanilla ice cream!!!

I never tried these. I have a "from scratch" brownie recipe that I've been using for many years. I made them recently for our church's Vote and Go Cafe. Oh my goodness. The smell of baking brownies is just divine!!
