Cooking Thursday

I made a new recipe last week that I have to share with you.  If you like Chicken Parmigiana, you'll like this!
It's another one that's quick and easy, and we all liked it!
For more recipes, visit Sandra at Diary of a SAHM.

Chicken Parmegiana Crescents

8 crispy chicken strips (already cooked)
8 slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half
1 pkg crescent rolls
1 can spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Open crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.
Place 1/2 slice mozzarella on each crescent.  Dunk chicken strip into spaghetti sauce and
place on top of cheese.
Roll up crescent and put on a cookie sheet.  Repeat with remaining chicken fingers
and crescents.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and put another 1/2 piece of mozzarella
over top.
Bake for another 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and crescents are browned.
Spoon a little of the remaining sauce over each crescent and enjoy!
