We've been pretty spoiled this year as far as winter weather is concerned. The weather people were predicting a terrible winter for us, with above average amounts of snow.
So far we haven't had that, there's been more days without snow than with.
However - it seems that when it does snow, it does it with a vengeance!
This morning when we went to church it was snowing, but the roads were mostly clear.

It made for a nasty drive home!
We were glad to be back home again - this is our road.

Beautiful snow...I know it can be a mess but when it starts it truly is beautiful...
ReplyDeleteWe have not had any this year and we were all told it was going to be a really bad winter....I am concerned it may come in March and April when we are all ready for Spring....

Yikes! Brrrrr! Snow really does make gorgeous photos, but I know it must be hard driving in it, shoveling it, and worrying about power outages, etc. Take care sweet friend.

ReplyDeleteWe have had only one such experience this year and it was (of course) the time we ventured over to my son's house mid-week to take dinner and spend some time with them.
I am missing the snow and the snow days---only one so far.

Any snow is too much snow for me, but it sure does make for a pretty picture!
ReplyDeleteGoodness, that's alot of snow! We have been forcast snow as well. Last year I though the snow was never going to go it lasted that long. I developed abit of a dislike for it, so I'm hoping we don't get any this time round!! Looks lovely though doesn't it.

ReplyDeletePlease be careful on those nasty roads! But it's so wonderful to be safe and warm at home when it's inclement outdoors. I would enjoy one good snow a year but it's not likely for us this year.
