This is a picture of a portion of my tree. You can't tell very well but I have some ornaments having in the middle and further back in the tree. I read hints on decorating the tree that said not to just hang your ornaments on the edges but to put them in the middle too, to give depth to the tree. It does make it look nice.
We also put lots of lights on our tree. We have a pre-lit tree, but as we are putting it together, we wind lights through the middle so it is full of lights.
We have lots of different sized balls and other purchased ornaments but I'm going to show you some that we made.
.
This is an angel I made from a doily several years ago. I have always liked angels on the tree.
.
Heather made this cool ball ornament. It's hard to tell on the picture, but it's full of beaded loops.
.
This cute little angel was made by Andy when he was about 5. It's body is a pine cone, the horn is a golf tee, the arms are pipe cleaners and it's wings are from a milk pod plant.
.
These are a sampling of Santa ornaments that Bob carved. I love these little guys!
.
And here is the whole tree. It looks so pretty all lit up.
