Here's what's happening again in Michigan! I must say, I have seen enough snow for this year. This is supposed to continue until about 1 am. This doesn't bode well for the drive to work tomorrow!
You surely are getting your share of that white stuff! I just heard on the news a while ago that 1000 flights were canceled at O'Hare airport.
One good thing about being a teacher is that when there are snow or ice events, we either have a delay or no school at all. But not so for nurses, right? Please be careful tomorrow morning if you must drive to work.
Wow, it looks like another world. Here we are so hot, our eyes needing to be shielded from the sun. How are you all doing? How is your husband? I am praying for favour for you guys and God's richest blessings.
Really Mari, I will take some of that snow for you, here we are wanting some and you guys are getting so much....a little balance would be great wouldn't it LOL
BE careful on your way to work in the morning please, drive extra slow if you have to, just be careful :)
I was watching the weather channel today because of the tornadoes in the south, and I saw on the weather map that you were doing to get a lot of snow again tonight! Please drive safely in your "snowmobile."
It took my Hubby 2 hours to get home in this mess tonight. I shoveled twice and you can't tell, someday I will learn how to use the HUGE snowblower that we have- till then it was me and the shovel. Stay warm! :P
I agree! I had to scrape like 3 inches of ice and snow off my car this morning and I am SOOO sick of it! Not to mention driving through whiteouts! Yuck.
I hate to tell you, but I'm listening to the news right now and we're supposed to get "several more inches" tomorrow. Nothing like last night though. It's still better than 85 and humid! I know it's easy for me to say when I don't have to drive in it though!
My memory is fuzzy...does it always snow this much in Michigan? I remember the cold (how could I really forget it?), but I don't remember this much snow. We've had to shovel almost every day, it feels like.

ReplyDeleteMari,
ReplyDeleteWe are getting freezing rain and have been most of the day. Schools were closed today and will probably be again tomorrow. What a wacky winter.
Thanks for the kind comments on my Easter cards.
Blessings,
Mary
Sheesh ... that's a lot of snow. I'm looking outside and wondering if I'll boil to death if I walk to school to pick up Jono !!

It really is beautiful, though.
