Cooking Thursday

We like pulled pork sandwiches and also like sliders. I decided to combine a few recipes and make sliders with pulled pork. If you have pulled pork already made, these can be put together in no time!  They were very tasty and a fun twist on pulled pork.

Pulled Pork Sliders

Hawaiian Rolls (12 pack)
Prepared BBQ pulled pork (you can make your own and purchase it already made)
Cheddar cheese slices
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard

Slice open the Hawaiian rolls and lay the bottom halves in a 7x11 pan.  Spread the pulled pork over all and then cover with cheddar cheese slices.  Place tops of rolls on.
Melt the butter and stir in the Worcestershire sauce and mustard.  Brush over tops of the rolls.
Cover pan with foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
