We had a summer potluck with Bob's work. This potato dish is what I took. It's another dish that is always good for a potluck and is well liked.
Red Skinned Ranch Potatoes
3 pounds redskin potatoes, quartered and boiled until tender
1 1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup cooked bacon pieces
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed cracker crumbs
Stir sour cream and ranch dressing together. Then add in the potatoes, bacon and cheese. Stir together and put into a 9x13 pan.
Stir cracker crumbs into melted butter. Spread over potato mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
YUM!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Ginny "YUM!"
ReplyDeleteThat sounds really good! I bet you could add green Chilles to spice it up.
ReplyDeleteI bet it is a big "hit"...potatoes are staple food!!
ReplyDeleteThis looks really good and I think I'll put it on my list of what to make for a dinner in the near future. Thanks so much for the recipe!
ReplyDeleteOh my, that looks delicious! It will be another of your recipes that gets filed under "Mari's recipes".
ReplyDeleteWe had the crockpot pork chops with gravy last evening for dinner! Definitely a keeper for sure! We both liked how the gravy turned out. I almost didn't add the cornstarch and water but am glad I did. I really thickened up in that 30 minutes.
Potatoes and cheese are a perfect combo anytime!!
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious!

Thank you for backing me up, as a medical person, on how people are sick of masks.
ReplyDeleteI say, if we are Free, resist.
Wear them like we do, able to breathe uninhibited.
Then stop wearing them.
With a smile...
But practice Freedom. It is the only way we will get it back. The Powers That Be will never give up their Power, to force masks on us.
I know, it's your job. But you can wear them, so you can breath oxygen in. :-) Maybe....
