This recipe makes 36 cupcakes, but they freeze really well.
Mix together:
2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt
Beat, then stir in 12 ounces chocolate chips. Set aside.

Beat until well mixed. Fill cupcakes 1/2 of chocolate mix. Top with one tablespoon of cream cheese mix.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.

ReplyDeleteI love those cupcakes...and not having to frost is such a bonus. Right out of the freezer is really good too....so putting them in there is not necessarily a deterrent to eating, LOL!
