We had a wonderful Mother's Day here. The sun was shining, the weather was warm and the flowers are blooming!
Our girls and their families came over Saturday evening to celebrate Mothers Day and we had such a nice time.
Aaron had smoked a pork roast and made pulled pork sandwiches which were so good!
The best part was seeing the grandkids interact. Cassie is getting old enough that she likes playing with others and Alaina and Ruby have always loved doing things with her.
And showing us Alaina's nose!
Alaina and Ruby made her a cape with some tissue paper and said she was Super Baby. Ruby was reading her a book here.
It was a wonderful time together.
Looks like a great day. And you got super photos! Especially that last one. The cake looks delicious, and beautiful. Cassie is such a cutie!

Today is my oldest grandsons birthday. Hard to believe he is 31!!
I love that last photo of the girls! I know the pain of trying to get a good photo of everyone... and I have seven grands! Not an easy job!
ReplyDeleteThank you for letting me know that you couldn't comment on my blog. Blogger had some real issues for me last week, several people couldn't comment and a couple of people couldn't see any posts that I posted after April 23rd. I think it's all fixed now, but I have no idea what trick I used actually was the fix! Have a great week!
What a wonderful Mother's Day, filled with family, laughter, and that 'to die for' chocolate cake!
ReplyDeleteFamily is such a blessing :)
