Here's a crockpot recipe we had recently. It's kind of like lasagna in the crock pot! It's got meat and sauce, a cream sauce, gooey cheese and pasta you don't have to cook ahead. It makes a lot and it is yummy!
Crockpot Million Dollar Pasta
2 lbs ground beef
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese softened
½ cup sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 (24 oz) jars spaghetti sauce divided use
1 (24 oz) jar water
1 (16 oz) box cavatappi or elbw pasta
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteYum, it has everything!
ReplyDeleteThat really does look good. I am going to print this on off for my "Sunday Dinner File." Thanks, Mari!
ReplyDeleteI bet it's good!! Rich. But if I'd have some, the next day I wouldn't find any clothes in my closet that fit
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious, Mari!

That looks yummy! I make a similar dish without using the crock pot! It's always nice when you don't have to cook the pasta first! Saves work and dishes!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh yummmmmm....

Holy yum!!
ReplyDeleteSounds good. I want to try this - in the next couple of days.
ReplyDelete1 question: once it's cooked how do I layer the cheese? You said to stir then layer with cheese.
Easy and I'm sure it is delicious! Thanks, Mari!
ReplyDeleteYummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. thanks for sharing the recipe. grin
ReplyDeleteDebby - I think that is worded wrong. Just add a layer of cheese over the top.
ReplyDeleteWow, I will be trying this! Copied and saved. Thanks, Mari! xoxo
