Here's what things are looking like in my neck of the woods.
Close to home - in our front yard, Bob has been blowing leaves.
He's also been working on those never ending acorns. This is clean up number 4 - and this is just from one section of the front yard!
Here's some pics taken around our town.
And back home again. This is our street, our driveway is just beyond the pine tree on the left.
Hope you enjoyed the West Michigan color!
I just love fall colors! After two days of wind and rain our leaves are pretty much gone, so thank you for sharing yours!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your lovely pictures, that last one I have always felt there was something so special about a canopy of tree branches over a road.
ReplyDeleteMari these are beautiful photos, they steal my heart and bring back wonderful memories of Autumn in Michigan and Indiana.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing.
Connie :)
Mari, These are gorgeous photos. You have really captured Autumn's beauty!
ReplyDeleteWow! Those colors are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat are you going to do with all of those acorns?!
Have a great week!
:)
Beautiful! Our color(s) is about gone here, the trees are becoming naked, thanks to the high winds we have been experiencing. Soon it will be winter time, sigh. Hope you have a lovely week ahead, smiles
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful and I did enjoy seeing the colors. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful....our colors are not so vibrant this year. I think the lack of rain caused many trees to just drop their leaves. Thanks for sharing your lovely countryside, Mari.
ReplyDeleteThe beautiful red building among all the fall colors is just gorgeous!! So many acorns....You need more squirrels.
ReplyDeleteLoving the colors, Mari! Re: Bob blowing leaves, I had a friend who claimed not blowing or raking leaves, it kept her grass green. :)
ReplyDeleteNo colors here yet. :(
xoxo
That's a lot of color. We're still mostly green...and your part of the world looks like it was plucked out of a storybook. So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteMari, those colors are just gorgeous! Your photos are amazing. Thank you for sharing the beauty in your area, no matter what season. Always beautiful.
ReplyDeleteAutumn is such a beautiful time of the year but we've had so much rain and high winds that the trees are already quite bear!
ReplyDeleteTruly gorgeous ... fall color just makes me so happy even though it is poignant. I have been visiting some beautiful old cemeteries and the autumnal ambience is so perfect for such places ... so many metaphors ... so little time! Your pictures should be postcards. xoxo
ReplyDeleteHI Sweetie!
ReplyDeleteCatching up on your posts. Been a rough week - felt crummy after my flu shot and fighting an eye infection. Ugh! But I love these photos. YOu know they fill my soul!! My favorite season. God makes such good stuff.
xoxo
Wonderful pictures. The colors are amazing. And that is quite a pile of acorns.
